Purpose:
The Real Time Workshop is aimed at senior middle management through to first line supervisors. It will help them understand - on a practical basis - the continuous improvement techniques necessary for lean, competitive manufacturing/production.

 The Workshop is perfect for:

• Senior managers who need the skills to develop and support an improvement policy within their own company.
• Middle managers who need to take ownership of shop floor improvement activities.
• First line supervisors who need the tools and techniques to lead teams through improvement programmes.

  At the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:

• Analyse key quality, cost and delivery performance measures and prioritise areas for improvement.
• Practically apply a range of improvement techniques to improve the performance measures
• Implement systems and processes to sustain the improvements made.

Approach:
Delegates learn techniques by implementing them themselves. Teaching and hands-on learning combine to bring practical improvements to production processes.

During the workshop, delegates will also discuss and develop a plan to take back and implement in their own business - a plan that will result in sustainable improvements in productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. These improvements go straight to the bottom line.

The Real Time Workshop can be run at the company's own training facility or off-site.

Bookings can be taken for single company groups, or individual delegates from several companies working together.

Courses can be run either in house at the company's premises/training Centre for numbers of 6 to 8 people. Or, can be run off-site (as part of a 'mixed' none company specific course) where the numbers of people from a company are less than 6.
